1. Preheat Pancake maker to 200 degree
2. Mix 1.5 cups of Krusteaz pancake mix with 1 cup of water. Add a few swirl of syrup/agave syrup and a few drops of vanilla into the mix to make the batter lightly sweet and fragrant. Gently mix them in one direction
3. Spread the butter (preferably sweetened sweet cream Kirkland brand) on the pancake maker
4. Adjust temperature to 250 degree and wait for one minute or two
5. Pour batter mix and cook until bubble shows up on the surface.
6. Flip them over. Make sure that the top surface of batter is pretty set before flipping over. Once flipped, reduce the temperature to 200 degree. This is to prevent the bottom part from turning too brown and crispy.
7. Transfer to the plate and serve.
This will make about 8-9 pancakes (About 2.5 inch diameter-size)
